Our Gaurantee:

• You will receive a full refund if supply drops and we are unable to recieve your crawfish. 

• You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it is at least 24 hours before your pickup date/time. Any closer to your pickup time and we may not be able to provide a refund.

• If you experience an excessive amount of deadloss (beyond a normal 1-2lbs), we will refund you for the loss. We require a text or email photograph of your deadloss.
